I am grateful to the Leeds Durgapuja and Diwali Association for giving me the opportunity to work on the decorations for Durga Puja. I painted the canopy on the main stage on plywood based on a few famous paintings by Jamini Roy. The bases of the idols are complemented with traditional "alpana". Decorations on the gate and the Selfie booth also add glamour to the overall festivities. I am also thankful to all the members who worked tirelessly to make the structures and complete the decorations. 

It was an honour to work on restoring the idols for Bradford Bengali Hindu Cultural Society, UK. It was a big responsibility to work on the idols worshipped every year by hundreds of devotees. I am very pleased to receive all the appreciation and encouragement from the organisers and visitors during the Durga Puja, 2024.
